and mentioned Respondent Nos.6 to 10 are not residing in new constructed tower. Hence, pasted on conspicuous part of building". Notice of Respondent No.11 returned unserved with bailiffs remark, "the said respondent not found

- 2 - at the given address at the time of service. Hence, pasted on door".

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding Substitute Service of Respondent Nos.6 to 11 by way of Publication in Daily Newspapers "Free Press Journal" in English & "Navashakti" in Marathi.

In view of this Interim Application for Publication is allowed in terms paragraph 5 of this Interim Application, returnable by 6 weeks.
