The Applicants and their advocate both are absent. The charge sheet is already filed in the competent Court and a copy of which is at Annexure-B to the paper book. However, no attempt has been made to seek any relief in terms of prayers of this application. Meaning thereby that the first information report is not quashed till date. Since nobody has appeared though this matter has been listed on more than twenty occasions, we have no other alternative but to dismiss the application for want of prosecution. Today as well, with the same appearances, neither the Applicants nor their advocate is present. Therefore, the application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Ad-interim order/interim order granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
