In this Application the Applicant has prayed for bail or for early hearing of the Appeal. It is seen that by the order dated 14th September, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.733 of 2015 preferred by the very same Applicant, this Court has expedited the hearing of the Appeal. This Court noticed that the paper book was not prepared. Hence, this Court directed that the paper book be prepared expeditiously and thereafter the matter to be placed on the Final Hearing Board. In this view of the matter, no further orders are necessary in this Application as the prayer of the Applicant for expediting hearing of his Appeal is accepted.
