1] The Applicant was served with notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. on 27.07.2022.

The learned APP states that the Applicant has not responded to the said notice.

2] The Applicant is directed to report the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today.

Upon his presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the CrP.C., by recording 1/2
