Learned APP makes a statement that in view of the order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.2781/18 on 29/06/2018, the operation of the order of learned Magistrate directing investigation under section 156 of Cr.P.C. in the present offence is stayed. Therefore investigating agency has not proceeded any further during pendency of the Writ Petition. She therefore submits that at this stage the investigating agency has Nesarikar

2 / 2 915-ABA-1695-19.odt no plans to arrest the present Applicant during pendency of the Writ Petition No.2781/18 while the stay on investigation is in operation. In view of this statement, the learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to approach the appropriate Court again if the situation so arises. 2.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the application. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty and is disposed of as such.
