Heard Mr. Rahul Motkar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Amey Deshpande, learned counsel for the respondents no.12(a) to 12(e).

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.12, since deceased, on record.

Respondent no.12 -Prabhakar Vishnu Bhargave died on 19.2.2008 leaving behind legal representatives mentioned in paragraph 7 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the

2/2 CAS/1436/2014 application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
