Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant and the learned Counsel for the respondents. The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, he does not want to press the appeal filed for interim relief pending the original S.C. Suit No. 980 of 2014. The learned Counsel for the appellant prayed to issue requisite directions to the learned trial Court for expeditious hearing of the original proceeding.

In view of submissions, the present appeal stands disposed off as not pressed on behalf of appellant. The learned trial Court is hereby directed to give top priority to the proceeding of S.C. Suit No. 980 of 2014 for its expeditious hearing and adjudication on merit at the earliest. In view of aforesaid observations, the appeal as well as Civil Application also stands disposed off.
