The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's Special Civil Suit No.3657 of 2015, instituted under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, has been dismissed for default. In view of this, the order impugned dated 27th March, 2015 arising out of the said suit does not survive. Petitioner/Plaintiff is granted liberty to take appropriate steps for restoration of the suit. Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
