1) This is an application for extension of interim bail granted by an Order dated 22/8/2016. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as a matter of fact the applicant has now been released on regular bail by an order dated 26/8/2016 in Bail Application No. 1351 of 2016.

2) In view of the above, the interim bail granted by an order dated 22/8/2016 is hereby extended for a period of seven days from today.
