Mr. Dhakephalkar, learned senior counsel having taken instructions from the instructing counsel, does not press prayer clause (a) of the petition at present. By relief claimed under prayer clause (b), the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to submit the report of the investigation conducted till today in respect of FIR bearing C.R.No.15/2015 registered with Ranjangaon MIDC Police Station, Pune. 2.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP having taken instruction from the officer concerned- Mr. Ashok Indalkar, Police Inspector - Ranjangaon MIDC Police Station, Pune, makes a statement that the investigation into the said FIR would be completed and appropriate report would be Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No. 23 WP 3513.15 submitted before the concerned Magistrate within a period of one month from today. The statement is accepted. 3.
