DATE : 3 FEBRUARY 2020 P.C.:- By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction that the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 should refer the dispute in respect of the Petitioner's termination for adjudication to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.

We are not inclined to issue such direction on the ground of gross, unexplained latches. The Petitioner is stated to have been terminated from the services on 26 November 2013. He made a representation on 11 June 2014 to the Conciliation Officer and Assistant Labour Commissioner (C)-III, Mumbai, which was rejected on 11 May 2015.
