Since the cost has been deposited, the order passed by the Registrar(Judicial) dated 24th January 2021 stands recalled and Civil Application No.1888 of 2018 is restored.

Learned Counsel for the appellant/insurer, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal. He makes a statement that the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest has been deposited with M.A.C.T., Mumbai.
