Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire decretal amount has been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 182 of 2010. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 182 of 2010.

In view of submission in regard to deposit of entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 182 of 2010, there is no impediment to grant stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 182 of 2010. There shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 182 of 2010.
