2] As the title deeds are already executed, case for custodial interrogation is not made out.

3] In that view of the matter and in view of no objection given by the complainant, in the event of the arrest of the Applicants in C.R. No.I-203 of 2021 registered with Hill Line Police Station, Ulhasnagar for the offence punishable under Sections 405, 420, 463, 465, 466, 467, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, Applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs 25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicants shall neither directly or indirectly try to influence the prosecution witnesses nor tamper with the evidence. Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when directed.

4] Counsel for the Applicants assures that subject to outcome of civil proceedings, Applicants shall be extending no objection for carrying out revenue entries. Statement is accepted. 5] Application is disposed of. As a consequence, Interim Application stands disposed of.
