The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioners have given proposal for approval to the upgradation of the Petitioners as full time employees, however, the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the proposals forwarded by the Institution seeking approval to the upgradation of the Petitioners as full time employees is pending with Respondent No.3, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy preferably within six months.
