The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the above Writ Petition has become infructuous because the debtor has already settled the dues of the Bank. She, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition. 4.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
