The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Petition. The above Petition has been filed challenging an order appointing the Court Commissioner to make an inventory. The relief sought in the Civil Application is on the basis that the Applicant who is the original Respondent No.1 is suffering from various ailments, therefore, the Writ Petition is required to be disposed of BGP.
