This appeal is against the ad-interim order. The notice of motion itself is disposed off in the trial Court. Hence the appeal does not survive and is disposed off as infructuous. 2.
The respondent has given a public notice. That has nothing to do with the right of the plaintiff. It is a notice to the public.

The Counsel on behalf of the respondent states that the
AO.922/2014(1-production board) respondent shall not forcibly remove the patients in the appellant's hospital until 14th September, 2015. 4.
Appeal as well as application are disposed off accordingly.
