This is an Application for condonation of delay. 2.

The delay in lodging the Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 29.03.2017 passed by the learned Member, M. A. C. T. , Pune in Application No. 569 of 2013 is 26 days. Though the Respondent No. 3 is duly served as per the office note, nobody is present on behalf of the Respondent No. 3.
