By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 15 days' delay in filing the Appeal from Order, challenging the order dated 24th June, 2016 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay in Notice of Motion No. 2263 of 2016 in Short Cause Suit No. 1298 of 2016.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order:
