Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 5th March 2019 in three crimes, namely, (i) Cr.No.137 of 2015 registered with Lonavala Police Station, (ii) Cr.No.17 of 2011 registered with Vikroli Police Station & (iii) Cr.No.02 of 2014 registered with Kandivali Police Station.

In view thereof, Petitioner will be at liberty to pursue his remedies as may be advised and if permissible under law. 4.

Nothing further survives in the Petitions and are accordingly disposed off.
