Despite there being a specific direction to the petitioner to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance within four weeks from 10th February, 2023, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has not been deposited. It goes without saying that it being a conditional order, ad-interim relief stands vacated. 2.

If the petitioner fails to deposit entire arrears within four weeks from today, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
