CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, JJ.

TUESDAY, 3RD OCTOBER, 2017 P.C. :

The petitioner's counsel does not dispute that the grievance in the petition comes within the purview of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, and particularly the term "service matter" as defined therein. Hence, in terms of section 15 of that Act, it will be the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which would be competent to entertain this grievance and grant the necessary reliefs.
