P.C:- Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Original Petitioner sates that Respondents have been served. This application seeks to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of original Respondent No.6, now deceased. Respondent No.6 passed away on 27th March, 2010. However, Petitioner was not aware of the same. It was only on 7th August, 2012, when the Petition was listed before this Court when the Petitioner learnt about the demise about Respondent No.6. On receipt of the death certificate from the Advocate for Respondent No.6, this application was taken out on 5th September, 2012.

cac-2470-2012 This Petition relates to year 2010. Notice was issued to the Respondent on 20th April, 2012 on the Petition. Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner informs me that all the Respondents have already been served with notice of this Petition. Accordingly, notice is now to be issued to Respondent No.6-A. Hamdast permitted. Private notice is also permitted.

This Petition relates to year 2010, it shall be posted for admission on 4th September, 2017.

Civil Application is allowed.
