Not on board. Taken on board as moved by praecipe. After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before the competent authority of the State Government in regard to its proposal that the petitioner is ready and willing to supply the raincoats at the same costs on which its proposal to accept was forwarded to the State Government for approval but it was not approved in view of the fact that in the meantime the rainy reason was over and as an alternate the umbrellas shall be provided. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. In case the petitioner files a representation within two weeks from today, we expect that the competent authority of the State

pvr 509wp9491-17 Government shall consider and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.

Needless to say that we have not commented on the merits of the petitioner's entitlement.
