Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned AGP for the Respondents. In Writ Petition No.3102 of 2007, interim order was passed by this Court on 24th April, 2007. When the other connected Petitions appeared on board for hearing as to interim relief on 13th August, 2014, interim order was passed on the said Writ Petitions which is to some extent different from the interim order passed in the Writ Petition on 24th April, 2007. As interim order was already passed in the present Writ Petition on 24th April, 2007, it is clarified that the said interim order passed in Writ Petition No.3102 of 2007 will continue to operate till the disposal of the said Writ Petition.
