Perused the order dated 24th October 2016.

The first Petitioner was very much present on that date who was clearly informed that the person appointed by him and the second Petitioner as their Advocate was not an Advocate enrolled in accordance with the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961. Therefore, the Petitioners were granted time to engage another Advocate. Time was granted to them till 28th November 2016. However, the Petitioners have not engaged any Advocate. Both the Petitioners are not present. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution.
