This writ petition was filed on 2nd September, 2013, and thereafter was listed on 11 occasions. No attempt has been made to obtain any relief in terms of the prayers in the writ petition. In fact, this Court found that on 24th December, 2014, the petitioners and their advocate were absent. It was adjourned to 25th February, 2015. Though it could not be taken up on that day, it was called out on 17th March, 2015. That day also, none appeared. Meaning thereby, neither the petitioners nor their advocate were present. In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
