This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 - Mohanlal Ghansham Kukreja, who expired on 29.06.2016, leaving behind his wife, respondent No.2 herein, on record. Ms Khosala has no objection.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within two weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
