Date : 1st SEPTEMBER, 2015.
P. C. :
The short grievance made by the petitioners is that they have preferred bail application on 28th August, 2015 which was placed for orders before the learned Sessions Judge on 29th August, 2015 and it was simplicitor adjourned to 11th September, 2015. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a grievance that the bail application was adjourned though the investigating officer along with his reply was ready on 29th August, 2015. In the above circumstances, and in the interests of justice, we are of the considered view that the petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Court at Thane to dispose of petitioner's bail application No.2123 of 2015 on 11th September, Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
Sr.No.911 WP 3520.15 2015, itself and if not possible on the said date, then, within a period of two days thereafter. Ordered accordingly. 3.
The petitioner is directed to remain present before the learned Additional Sessions Judge along with a copy of this order on 11th September, 2015.
4.
All concerned parties including the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, shall act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Registry of this Court.
5.
In the light of the above order, the petition stands disposed of.
