It appears from record that the appellant-Insurance Company has deposited an amount of Rs.15,71,636/- pursuant to the order of the Trial Court dated 24/11/2015 passed in MACP No. 251 of 2012.

Applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. The applicants are directed to give an undertaking of Rekha Patil 1/2
