The learned AGP submits that the Appeal filed by the Petitioner before the Hon'ble State Minister, Urban Development Department has been dismissed by an order dated 3rd November 2016. Photostat copy of the same has been presented before the Court and a copy is handed over to the Petitioner's Counsel. 2.

Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that appropriate steps will be taken by the Petitioner consequent to passing the above order by the Hon'ble State Minister. Counsel further states that ad-interim relief

In view of the statement made we dispose of the Petition. However, the ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue for a period of 10 days.
