Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The Petitioners in their petition have made several grievances, viz; regarding jail conditions, ailments of inmates, poor living conditions, difficulties of prisoners who cannot afford a lawyer for seeking their release, problems faced by under trials, problems faced by mentally disturbed inmates due to longer period of incarceration, overcrowding in the prison, inability to produce the prisoners on every date of hearing before the trial court due to nonavailability of police escort and guards. However no specific instances have been given though subjective issues affecting the inmates are raised.

D.I.G. Prison, Aurangabad under whose jurisdiction the concerned Aadharwadi Prison, Kalyan will fall is directed to look in the grievances in the Petitioners and redressed the same, if they subsist within a period of three months from today.

With the above directions, Writ Petition and Criminal Application both stand disposed of.
