DATED : 23rd AUGUST 2018 P.C:- Petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing No.172 of 2015 registered with Wada Police Station at the instance of respondent no.2 for an offence punishable under Sections 417, 420, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. Mr.Saste, learned APP on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into subject FIR having completed, the decision is taken to file 'B' summary report, and accordingly, the same is submitted to the Court of competent jurisdiction. In support of his submission, he placed on record the reports of the Sub Tilak

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that grievance raised in this petition no more survives.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
