P.C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, police have submitted charge-sheet before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 34th Court, Vikhroli Mumbai on 25th April, 2023 and the same has been numbered as CC No.775/2022. 2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy by filing an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
