After some arguments, Mr Bohade for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the petitioner landlord to file a substantive application before the Trial Court for fixing an enhanced amount of interim standard rent. 3.

Mr Bubna makes a statement that the interim standard rent as fixed on the tenant's application at Rs.324/- per month with all permitted increases and all arrears will be paid within 45 days from today, if not already paid. The statement is accepted. (G. S. PATEL, J) 29th November 2017
