Heard Mr. Mukri, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms. Bandekar , learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

By order dated 25th July, 2018, Petitions were disposed of by consent of the parties and Mr. Vilas Patil, Section Officer, Civil Department of this Court was appointed as Commissioner for taking over possession of the suit premises and handing over the same to the plaintiffs. The Commissioner

5-wp-12241-2017.odt was also directed to record inventory of the articles lying in the suit premises in the presence of the parties and to give copies to the parties. 3.

In pursuance thereof, Commission is executed and report dated 6th August, 2018 with photographs is submitted to this Court which is taken on record and marked "A" for identification.

Ms. Bandekar states that the respondent has removed all the articles lying in the suit premises. Mr. Mukri confirms the said fact. As the order dated 25th July, 2018 is complied with, no further orders are necessary. Order accordingly.
