The applicant is arrested in connection with CR No. 180 of 2018 registered with Sewree Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code. Learned advocate for the applicant at the outset submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is the only earning member of the family. He is in custody since 16th April, 2018. It is submitted that in the event trial does not commence within six months liberty may be granted to the applicant to prefer a fresh application for bail. 2.

In view of the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant, application is allowed to be withdrawn with
