Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders a copy of undated letter addressed by her client to the learned counsel instructing her to withdraw this writ petition and further states that she may be permitted to seek permission to consider additional documents by the Caste Scrutiny Committee and the Caste Scrutiny Committee to take appropriate decision thereon. A copy of the undated letter is taken on record.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner 1/3

is at liberty to file representation along with additional documents for re-validating her caste claim as Hindu Lad. The petitioner is permitted to file representation before the respondent no.1 Committee within four weeks from today with additional documents proposed to be relied upon by the petitioner. The respondent no.1 Committee to consider the said representation. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views about the genuineness or otherwise of the additional documents proposed to be relied upon by the petitioner. The respondent no.1 Committee would be at liberty to take report from the Vigilance Cell and pass appropriate order on such representation along with additional documents in accordance with law. The respondent no.1 Committee shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said representation within six months from the date of receipt of the representation and shall convey the order that would be passed by the respondent no.1 Committee to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of such order. If the said order that would be passed by the respondent no.1 Committee is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

There shall be no order as to costs.
