Learned counsel for the Applicant-MCGM submits that, the Applicant-MCGM is ready to deposit the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

In view thereof, the stay is granted to the impugned 'Judgment and Award', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court. 4.
