DATE: 17th APRIL, 2018 P.C.:- 1] In pursuance to the Order dated 9th April, 2018, members of the Respondent - Committee were present before the Court when the matter was called out on 16th April, 2018. Today also, they are present in Court.

2] The Members of the Committee, through their Counsel, admitted the error committed by them in refusing granting of validity certificate to the Petitioner inasmuch as the Petitioner's real sister has been 1/2

As such, the matter was kept today, so as to enable the members of the Committee to rectify their error. 3] Today, Ms. Solunke, learned AGP, has placed on record a copy of the validity certificate granted in favour of the Petitioner. 4] In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the Petition. Petition is disposed of.
