This application, seeks to condone the delay of 309 days caused for preferring an appeal from order against the order dated 9th November, 2020. Averments in paragraphs 4,5 and 6, explain and delay. Thus condoned. As a result, application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Interim Application No. 3181 of 2021 is disposed of.

List the appeal for admission on 28th June, 2022. Till then, the protection granted by this Court vide order dated 29th October, 2021, shall continue to operate.

Appellant shall serve a copy of the order and the proceedings, on the Respondents and filed an affidavit of service on or before 28th June, 2022.
