For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order:

(I) Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (i) which reads thus:

"This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the Regular Criminal Complaint No.2886/2014 filed by the Respondent No.2 before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class and the first information report No.279 of 2014 filed against the applicant in pursuance of the said Regular Criminal Complaint No.2886/2014."

(II) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
