1] This is an application for further modification of condition imposed upon the applicant by an order dated 30th June 2015. 2] The applicant was granted bail by an order dated 20th December 2013 by this Court and was directed to attend the office of the Investigating Agency on every Sunday between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial. The said condition was modified by an order dated 30th June 2015 on an application of the applicant and the 1/2

osk 29-appp-775-2017.odt applicant has been directed to attend the office of the Investigating Agency on every First Monday of each month between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, till completion of the trial.

3] The record, thus, clearly indicates that the original condition imposed upon the applicant has been modified on an application made by the applicant. No further modification is necessary. I find no reason to further modify the condition.

4] Application is, accordingly, rejected.
