The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the year 2003, the validation of the petitioners caste claim is pending with respondent No.2. The same is not yet decided. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same Committee has validated certifcate of the son of the petitioner.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents. 3.
In case, the validity of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously.

The directions are given vide order dated June 30, 2022 in writ petition No.2898 of 2022 fled by the daughter Gaikwad RD 1/2
30.WPNo.82152022.doc of the petitioner to decide the same within two months from June 30, 2022. The petitioner being father of Devashri, both the validation proceedings can be decided together. 5.
