DATED :8TH SEPTEMBER, 2016 P.C. :
The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the Appellate Authority has heard the Petitioner's application for stay against the order passed by the District Collector, Exercise Department, Hingoli, but the order on the stay application has yet not been passed. His contention is that the period of suspension is only 30 days out of which almost 15 days have elapsed. He prays that the Appellate Authority be directed to decide the Petitioner's stay application as expeditiously as possible.

Having considered the aforesaid submission we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing the Appellate Authority by whom the Petitioner's stay application has been heard to decide the stay application within 5 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
