Learned APP, on instructions from API Ravindra M. Kawrati, Hillline Police Station, Thane City, submits that the investigation in the subject crime is pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Prashant Pednekar has no grievance against the petitioners. Contrary to the same, learned APP submits that the police recorded the statement of Prashant Pednekar on 22/6/2015. In facts, the police shall complete the investigation within four weeks and submit the final report on its own merits.
