By this Petition, the petitioner seeks the following substantive reliefs:

"i. this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to forthwith issue appropriate Orders to immigration department of all airports in India thereby withdrawing Look out circular issued against the Petitioner; ii.

pending the hearing and final disposal of this present Petition, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Petitioner to return to Dubai by flight from Delhi.

As soon as matter was called out, learned APP, on instructions, submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the said C.R. and that the police will be withdrawing the LOC issued at their instance against the petitioner, within two weeks from today. Statement accepted. She further submits that the respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone VIII, will also inform the Immigration Authority about the same; within two weeks Statement accepted. We direct the respondent No.2 to inform the petitioner of the withdrawal of the LOC.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration of the Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. V. G. BISHT, J.
