This Application is filed by wife for condonation of 26 days delay in filing Family Court Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, Mohite 1/2

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) The delay of 26 days caused in filing the Family Court Appeal may kindly be condoned and the said Family Court Appeal be heard on merits."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

C) Order passed by this court on 13.09.2017 to continue till further orders.
