It is an admitted position that the charge-sheet has been filed. The Applicant has a remedy available before the concerned Court. Therefore, we decline to entertain the Application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. However, the remedy of the Applicant is kept open. All contentions are also kept open.
